    • Is there a free plan available?

      Yes. Our Starter plan is completely free with full access to all core features - no credit card required. You can upgrade at any time as your needs grow.

    • Can I invite my accountant or team members?

      Yes. From the Small Business plan onwards you can invite multiple users and assign them roles. Your accountant can access the books directly without needing any exports.

    • Is my data secure?

      All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our servers are hosted in Switzerland and we never share your financial data with third parties.

    • Does Centimo handle Swiss VAT (MWST)?

      Yes. Swiss VAT using the flat-rate method is supported. The effective method is on our roadmap and will be available in a future release.

    • Can I import data from my existing software?

      We support CSV imports for accounts, journal entries, and contacts. If you're migrating from another system, our support team can help you through the process.

    • What currency does Centimo use?

      Centimo works with a single currency that you choose when setting up your account. You can select any currency that fits your business - CHF, EUR, and more.

    • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

      Absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period and you won't be charged again.

    • Do you offer support in French and German?

      Yes. Centimo is available in French, German, and English. Our support team can assist you in all three languages.

    • Is there an API I can integrate with?

      Yes. We provide a fully documented REST API on all plans. Connect your existing tools, automate workflows, or build custom integrations on top of your accounting data.
